Above and Beyond
I was in another city for another reason the night before, and left the outdoor event I was at to go to a funeral for a family member in Springfield. I stopped at the hotel since we were staying there that night at 1:30 since I had to be at the funeral home at 2:30. I asked them if the room was already empty and if I could go ahead and check in and clean up and change before I went even though check-in time wasn't until 3 or 4 pm. And they were happy to let me. I would have struggled so much trying to get dressed in a gas station bathroom. I am so grateful for them allowing me to go ahead and check in so I could get dressed. They even offered condolences on my loss. Amazing staff! Also, the hotel was super clean, quiet, and in great condition. The breakfast was good and quite a bit to select from. The location was perfect as well, close to everything. Thank you for making our stay great in a not so great time for us.
