All Around Great Stay

Everything from our check-in to check-out was excellent. The rooms was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was in a great location with plenty of places to eat nearby.

We’ve stayed here in the past and had wonderful experiences. This time, was not the case. With that said, staff was wonderful in trying to help. The first room we had (4th floor) smelled musty. It was horrible!!! The bed sheets even felt a little damp. The smell did not get better! The bed was lumpy. I mean so lumpy it was causing back pain. We asked for a new room. We were given a new room no issues. New room didn’t smell at all. But, shower doors were broken. Completely! Couldn’t close or open which made the floors super slick and were out of conditioner completely. Unsure we’ll stay at this location again. A bit disappointed. But again, staff was great!
