A good stay for the price paid

The room was fine, had a microwave, fridge and coffee. Cable TV and a nice clean king sized bed. Spacious bathroom, again clean and well stocked. Staff was friedly and helpful. Pool was clean and looked iviting. Wish I had brought a swim suit. No complaints othwer than some unruly guests who were blocking open security/entry doors and slamming them at 2 and 3 AM in the morning. I advised the front desk and they were appreciative.

Where's place to stay in america

I literally just called the hotel 5 minutes to go to find out if I let the keys in the room that I stayed in and they're telling me. I was never there and that I did not clean the room when I did. There was crumbles of mess all over the floor and dead flies. And s*** in the bathroom so I cleaned it up. And they're trying to tell me. I wasn't even there when hotel was poor quality. Patchwork everywhere you could not breathe in the area when you swim. It was sought the room was filthy. The people were rude.

I asked for a extra pillow and they said they would bring one but never did. The toilet handle kept falling off when used. But on the plus side the pool and hot tub was really nice.

Nice room. Comfortable bed and pillows. No remote for tv but after 2 trips to the check in desk one was found that worked. Air conditioner worked great.

The property was back a secluded drive through a rundown area. It was not very well lit. Check in was easy, but the hostess gave very limited directions to my room location, which was confusing as I had to go through the Atrium & doors from there were not well marked. The room was okay. There was a cleaning rag left on the sink. The remote control didn't work unless you stood next to the TV. The trim on the mirror in the bathroom was missing a piece. The breakfast was very disappointing - you could get fruit, have a waffle or get cereal. When I went to check out, there was noone at the desk & only a basket requesting guests leave keys there.

Nope!

Acted like a single person was too much trouble. No amenities (no remote for TV, no h air dryer, no coffeemaker, etc). All lights flickered if bathroom lights were on. A/C barely cooled, mostly just moved the air. Breakfast offerings at 8am was sugary cereal in plastic condiment containers, banana-nut muffins or waffles, room so hot & humid that outdoors was more pleasant. Found mold on carpet and in drawer once it was daylight. Only good was nice tile in bathroom, nice wall color and picture on accent wall. Out of 20 hotel stays in the oast 2 years, only one that is a never stay again!

Do not recommend. Non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Insects in the hallway. Remote control is filthy. Ice machine doesn’t work. Floors are warped. Rust stains in the bathroom.

It advertised breakfast included. It was make your own waffles and milk and 2 types of cereal. The dining area was extremely hot which made it questionable to use the milk. The bathroom renovation was very sloppy and looked like a very poorly done home project by someone who had no idea how to use tools. The receptionist was very abrupt to the point of almost being rude. I would stay there again only if no other availablity. The bed was comfortable.

Unexceptable

The check in was terrible they charged extra fees and deposits after booking with hotel.comThe property had drug dealers hanging out in lot also people in active addiction and the building is very humid and mildewed the flooring is very cheap the only good part of the stay was the swimming pool and hot tube in the dome the breakfast was ok
