This place needs work! Ownership/ management obviously doesn’t care about it. Booked 3 rooms, one had a hole in the wall and in the floor, another had no sheets. The included breakfast was quite lacking today the least!!! Not at all what I expect at a Quality inn!!!!!

This place is a nightmare. It is extremely filthy mold growing on the ceilings and corners. Rooms smelled very bad. Bedspread had large cigarette burn. Rooms were filthy in the breakfast area was bare and filthy.

Do not stay here. Not safe. In our first night another guests room was broken into then an hour later the room across from us was having a guy getting arrested. Safety locks on both rooms we had were broke among other things. We did not feal safe and canceled the rest of our stay, then they refused to refund the 3 additional days we did not stay. Breakfast area was dirty and we did not eat there. Whole place was dirty and we did not feel safe to stay.

Booked a room that was labeled as “accessible” - and it was, to a certain point. The bed was WAY too low, just one mattress on the frame, no box spring, was still decently comfortable, but super low to the ground & hard to climb up out of (because of the height, or lack of..) Was impressed by the roomy bathroom, but the lack of leg space due to where the toilet was and how the side of the sink was, was another (minimal but annoying) issue. No leg space to do your business. For what its worth, i’d stay here again, and hopefully have a better bed, i’ll deal with the weird bathroom for the convenience of the location. Close to where we needed to be and also close to stores & many other restaurants. Didn’t check out the pool, didn’t have the breakfast either, maybe will check it out next time, but overall a good place to stay if you have day plans and just need a place to sleep.

This facility is in desperate need of updating and renovating. Our room had wallpaper peaking off the wall and cracks in the wall and ceiling. It was somewhat ominous that the hotel is on “Shart” street.

It was an okay stay and for the price point I can’t complain. Been to MUCH better and MUCH worse for the same price point. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was much more decent than I was expecting. An older hotel and has an odor. Rooms looked decent enough and our room didn’t smell poorly like the hallways. Air worked properly. Comforters were ragged with holes. Some towels had stains.
