TV remote didn’t have batteries and there were not enough pillows. Was told they had no extra pillows and they had an attitude with giving us batteries to the remote when we went to the front desk to get them. Pancake machine was out of batter. Had to ask front desk about that too. Facility wasn’t anything fancy but I felt it was clean. My wife said she could smell old smoke in our room and it kicked up her allergies during our stay. Great hotel for bringing a pet. Staff were friendly to having our new kitten with us and there was no charge for having the kitten with us.

The property was just what I was paying for - a place to sleep on my long drive. The check in was smooth and friendly. However, there was a tv that was on in the next room which was loud enough to hear clearly most of the night and morning. The bed was ok, but there was a weird smell in the room - which may have been the cleaning products.

It took FOREVER to check in. I literally stood there long enough that my back started to hurt and I needed to put down my backpack down after about ten minutes of the guy clocking for whatever with my reservation that had been made and paid for already and should takes a minute or two and I had to ask for my license back because he wasn't going to give it to me? they tried to make me sign something without reading what I was signing. They told me to sign??!?!! What? That's not going to happen. I don't sign without reading what I'm signing. The room was decent, nothing special or bad after finally getting a key although the quiet hours didn't preclude people from clumping around like a herd of elephants. The towels are pretty small. The smoking designated areas are apparently right at the main door exit so when you are not a smoker you get to walk through a cloud of smoke. That pissed me off. It's obnoxious and I don't want cancer because they can't provide an area outside of my face. Thanks a lot. I don't see me going back.
