Easy beach access. Good view from ocean front room. Decent size rooms and decent amenities. Has small kitchenette. Staff would not extend check out time even 30 min after 11 am. They however said I could use the facilities if needed. Nothing hot in the included breakfast.

This was a smaller hotel but offered a lot. Check in was a breeze with Jane, who was so sweet and helpful. Offers amazing views. Continental breakfast and happy hour! Free parking too. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. We went off season but a reasonable rate right on the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was close to the beach and had some good amenities. The only issue we had was finding a cockroach in our room and having to check out early due to not wanting to risk staying there and finding more. We only found one but was not taking any chances.

For the price it’s nice - Location
You cannot beat the price for ocean view room. You can book a partial view and still have a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. Bathrooms are run down and the drain in the sink smelled like musty towels. Shower tiles looked new but sloppy paint job on the trim. Nice little kitchen included. Continental breakfast had expired food. Not great. But for the price you cannot beat the location. Checkin lady wasn’t exactly friendly but checkout lady was very nice. Nice selection of sand toys for kids. Overall I’d probably stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. We arrived early and our room was ready. Check in staff was very friendly and they were very responsive with a request we had to use a fan. Initially the hall had a musty odor but the room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job daily. Continental breakfast was decent with pastries, bagels, cereal, fruit, pancakes, boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Pool and spa area were nice and not overly crowded. Beach access was perfect for our needs and parking was a breeze. Every staff member we encountered was kind and courteous. The room was spacious and the kitchen was an added bonus.

We wanted a place close to the hospital. There were families with little kids, but we didn’t hear anything in our room. Our only con was housekeeping. The 1st morning they entered very early when we were sleeping. I guess this was our mistake not putting a sign on the door. They definitely will only exchange a clean towel for one that is dirty. At times, their count was wrong. Our toiletries were not replenished (i.e., shampoo, moisturizer, etc) even though we stayed for 5 nights. Those at the desk were very courteous and open to answering questions. The breakfast buffet was as I anticipated. A little something for anyone. Happy Hour was small, but it was nice that they even offered. We felt safe at this location which is huge with me. The premises were clean and easy access to the beach/ocean.

Loved staying here. This was our first big trip together and we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else! When we come back, because we will, it’s gonna be in this hotel 10000%. The staff always came while we were gone and cleaned and replenished everything, almost everyday, even without asking! Amazing! If I could rate more than 10/10, then I would!!

I was very disappointed at check-in. The lady that helped us was extremely rude and disrespectful. You may want to consider new staff to deal with your guest as they check in. She was very mouthy and extremely rude eating, smacking her mouth while eating talking to us.
