For the money it was great. Older building, exterior nothing special but kept up well. Inside is where it shines. Nice ocean balcony view, huge tv in room with cable, clean comfy bed, very quiet. Great front desk. Cool atmosphere. Massive pool I wish weather had permitted me to swim in and normally pools I find boring but it was biggest pool I ever seen at a hotel

Computer issues caused a late check-in. The view of the ocean was very disappointing. $15.00 per night to park on hotel property. Noisy people at the pool until late. I can't think of any reason someone would voluntarily spend a second night here. I gave a 1 star rating because that's the lowest I can go.

The property was clean and my stay was pleasant. Parking was $15.00 per day even though there is plenty of parking. It felt like an unnecessary charge. A 24/7 coffee station would be a good addition.

It should be enjoying our stay.

Cleanliness wasn"t as great, but it was ok. The beds was fantastic. We ask for the oceanfront what we paid for, we got the side were the pool was facing. We call that partial view. We thought they didn't have the balcony facing the oceanfront. Until we went out to the beach, and there it was the room we paid for. We were waking by vistors with kids. Didn't know if they were beside us or across thats how loud they were. Fantastic DJ. This was our 8 years Anniversary. We have been blessed with. Sorry to say. As we read the reviews we didn't believe about the little cousins crawling at not. We had to kill some near the front door, bathroom and the door that was connected to our room. Didn't know where they was coming from. Understand by the parking fees $15.00 a night. Thats a little steep. We stayed 5 nights and 6 days.

my only concern was that last time we stayed here there was no required deposit only if you had a pet . now they say theres a $100 deposit and $15 parking The manager was nice enough to get it worked out though .
