Website needs to be updated. No free breakfast as shown in website. Broken elevators. Vending machines not working but hey you can go to the 7-eleven across the street. One washcloth allowed in our room. Grounds need to be cleaned. Staff friendly and informative of places around the business.

My breakfast was supposed to be included and upon check in I was told it was not, I made several phone calls and got the run around and never got breakfast for my family and I. I was supposed to have a kitchen for our stay because of how long we were there but we didn't get that either so we had to use the microwave for everything. The staff was nice just not helpful in helping with my breakfast issue. Not many chairs to sit in by the pool compared to last year and a few other things that they took away from last year which is kind of a bummer. It has just made me decide to not book at that hotel next year and stay closer to my destination.

There was only 14 chairs around the pool, so no chance of lounging by the pool on our beautiful 84 degree day. Wich was our plan for the day, instead we stood around the pool or sat on the ground. Called for more towels and coffee to the room, but no one ever came.. so poor to average at best!

Great hotel but don’t expect an early check in.

On check in told to wait, I asked if they could just see if room was ready as is normal, no we don’t you must wait until check in so not so helpful. Once. Checked in room was very nice with lots of space, clean, comfortable bed and pillows good Wi-Fi, limited Tv channels and no guide information available. Nice balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. We used pool which though I heated was good to swim in and very large overlooking the beach then we had our free welcome drinks served by a lovely chatty barmaid. Breakfast was great with good choices and freshly prepared and served by a lovely cheery waitress. Limited places to eat dinner nearby and access off of the beach is awkward except for at your hotel. No coffee available in the room as none left for the machine when asked I was told by reception it’s not my problem if you want coffee go get one in restaurant. Overall all was very good except reception staff.
