The room was a very nice size and I really enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. The two issues that we had were parking and the fact the room did not have a microwave. The parking issue was mainly due to work being done after Hurricane Milton so it was understandable but still inconvenient. Although there was a microwave in the lobby for guests to use, a microwave in the room would have been a much better option. All in all the stay wasn't bad considering these things

I can’t blame it on the hotel because their website warned you of the construction going on but being we booked through Expedia we never saw that. Woke up Friday morning to the sun shining through the curtains but when we opened the curtains we had painters literally standing on our balcony. Damn you Expedia!!!

We enjoyed the continental breakfast! Room was spacious, and the view exceptional for the price…..thank you-I love the fact that you’re now using refillable soap, hair shampoo/conditioner, and body lotion too-staff very helpful, had a wonderful time!

Despite the fact that there are signs everywhere saying that the hotel hadn’t recovered from the hurricane the hotel could do better. The pool floor was visibly dirty. The under ground garage was unkept and dirty almost even unsafe. The elevators were in poor condition. The balconies could be cleaned and painted. The view was incredible but we wouldn’t stay there again. Understanding it was bike weekend the hotel felt unkept…. Having worked in a five star hotel in a senior leadership position for 22 years you could do better….sadly it was disappointing…..

I don’t stay at all even I pay my stay 3 weeks in advance they don’t have my room. They “upgrade my room telling me it was bigger but it was a king bed and 2 couches. The one that I pay it was 2 queens beds and 1 couch. Because we was 4 adults and 2 kids. After I see the room I went back to get a different room close to what I paid and he just told me they don’t have any other rooms and I can stay somewhere else and they will return my money. My check in supposed to be at 3pm and I get there at 9pm. And how in the world they don’t have my room. I have to drive 2 hours to get back home. That’s really messed up.
