Very clean and nice room. The hotel in particular and Daytona Beach in general had damage from Hurricane Milton but the staff was making the best of it, and most businesses and restaurants were open. The beach had a lot of erosion unfortunately.

The staff was excellent. The room was beautiful. The hotel is well located, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also the security is on point! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Staff was VERY polite. Check-in was 30 minutes due to under staffing. The solitary property ice machine was non-functional. Was directed to beach bar for ice, but only during their regular business hours. Refrigerator broke during the night. Woke to water on the floor and warm drinks. One of the elevators was dysfunctional and had to walk to other end of building or use stairs. Tons of construction going on throughout the establishment. A few places to walk to locally. Tried restaurant/ bar "Beaches" and was very pleased.

It was ok at best. Room was full of moisture. So damp the floors were wet and slippery. Mold on walls. Made only came in to refresh towels. No sweeping. Elevator only worked half the time. Parking attendant was bossy and kind of rude. Pool and beach area weee very nice.

The hotel portrayed on the site is not at all the hotel we found. The structure is extremely run down, with holes on the roof. The pool area is extremely dirty and even the bar stools are rusty. The jacuzzi was extremely dirty as well. We went out to dinner and we came back there was no parking. When we approached the front desk, we were told that we had to park on an empty lot across the street. The door to our room was super dirty and it was even stuck when we tried to open/close. The highlight of our stay was the pool bar attendant, extremely helpful, and even we had the issue with parking, she tried to help. The place has a lot of potential, but it is purely managed and not taken care of. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The place charges u resort fees but not a resort the pool side bar was closed the entire time the outside of the room doors are dirty the laundry machine and dryer is old dirty rusty it’s 24 hour construction u hear noise all day and all night u feel unsafe due to the residents that rent room there makes u feel uncomfortable asking questions and watching you I checked out and discovered they charge me for and upgrade and I never upgraded this place is a waist of money stay away
