Hotel was horrible, there are mattresses with bed bugs at the entrance of the property,the hotel is old, our balcony did not lock, ceiling was pealing off at it was all over the towels, we asked staff to change the bed sheets because they were stained and had mold and they said someone would come up to change them. Well no one ever did Photos are misleading, when we got there I tried to cancel but since there was no staff at the property Expedia couldn’t do anything either.

I booked this properly for memorial weekend and I couldn’t not believe what I just paid for. The room smelled stale, everything inside was rusted, no toilet paper in the rooms. Mattresses outside taking up parking spaces. A hole was in my wall that I could see straight to outside where the AC unit used to be. It was probably my worse stay somewhere. Yuck I would never go back or recommend. If you like clean, kept hotels.. this isn’t the one for you.

No one at front desk. Had to call a number to get code to lockbox to get key. Went to room and it smelled old, dirty anf looked nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Called to number back and told them that we cannot stay becayse the room is not what we expected. He said to put key back on lockbox and to call next day so his biss would reumburse us the money paid for room. We called for dats and no one answered and no vm message set up. The

The hotel staff was so amazing ! The coffee machine in the office was the best coffee I think I’ve ever had , highly recommend the French vanilla ! Perfect location , very quiet . Would definitely stay again !

Overall our stay was good! The bed couldn’t have been more comfortable, still raving about it after check out. The only real complaints I have is the door in the room does allow a decent amount of noise to come through and I feel like I heard everything people were saying once they got there. And the other issue was the smell that was coming down through the bathroom was also really bad. It did smell like smoke pretty bad but we just shut the door and it wasn’t a huge deal! Overall good stay though. Beach is very close and not overly crowded like it is further south! No bugs or anything like that and we stripped the bed to make sure.

I booked/reserved a room with 2 beds but was given a room with one bed. It was unethical/inconvenient for me to sleep in the same bed as the other person with me. So I had to sleep outside or in the car. The property would not give me another room or another mattress.
