Easy access to beach. Clean rooms.
Didn't like that some pool furniture was broken. No microwave in rooms. Must heat food in the lobby. Inconvenient. But quite, friendly staff. Elevator doors have footprints? Some people's kids! But nonetheless they should be wiped clean. Gives off an attitude that if the guests doesn't respect the hotel property, why clean it? Well if you have guests atvyour home you'll clean regardless of if they were rude or not. You just won't invite them over again. Hard to do with a hotel. I get it when your business is to serve others regardless of their ability to tip, or their respect for property. They just need to pay the bill. But if the place seems rundown, people care less to go out of their way to do more. People are just rude these days. That goes for some employees too! I didn't encounter any negative people at the Hilton. Just saying.
