We had a poor experience. At check in we were given a room with visible mold on the wall. The second room had a damaged window and active water dripping on a towel on the window ledge. The third room, which we just dealt with, had a sticky/dirty floor so we just wore our shoes rather than go back downstairs.

The doors to the room was hard to open and close. The bathroom door was the in the same condition. Our room wasn't clean as promised before we left for my event. The staff gave me bags and wanted to play maid, I was highly disappointed with that type of behavior and insulting. I did not take out trash that was the job of housekeeper staff NOT the guest. I will not return as a guest next year or any other time I am visiting the State of Florida.
