Filthy, I had to clean the floors before I could put my stuff down. There was hair and dirt. I have photos. I want a refund. I was stuck due to hurricane Milton. This place was a homeless camp. People checking in had shelter cards from the govt and had their whole life in garbage bags.

The pictures are very deceiving beds are not comfortable and very springy there is mold build up in the ceiling in the walls below the sink the shower curtain had mold and the soap holder in the shower had black mold all across it we had to bleach our room before we could stay and we only stayed a few days until our new place was ready for us to move in even my kids said they would never stay there again and they are 11 and 7 the staff themselves are great but the property needs work for sure

Probably my worst hotel in a very long time
The rooms had no trash cans, no towels or toilet paper. There was roaches every night in the bathroom, also the door lock was broken so the rigged something up to allow it to lock and then ac quit working so they moved us to a room where the outer door handle wouldn’t unlock the door thankfully it was our last night or we wouldn’t have been able to get into the room

Low income based housomg, people actually live here, that abuse substances. So imagine yelling and fighting and cops everyday. Ttash, trash ,and trash smells like rotting fish mixed with death. Tampons in pool! Roachs in rooms and all over, gave t.p once and towels once, wanted new blackets and they didnt have any, stayed a few nights and was like what kind of helll did i stop in. Ki d of makes the whole area seem trashy.
