We made it work
The stay was adequate. I loved that the rooms were cold in the Florida humidity. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom stopper didn’t hold water for our children’s bath. Simultaneously, the drain didn’t function properly while taking a shower. The tvs continued to malfunction and advertised things that were not available (ie: Netflix/smart Tv). The pool has rust stains that one could easily mistake for urine, and the building could use some upgrades considering the fees charged. It worked for our stay, but I wouldn’t be anxious to stay again.

The bed is super comfy. Nice room. One of the rooms had a jacuzzi tub. Nice and clean. Only negative was the cars and people outside were super loud. We were by the road and up until about 1 o’clock the cars reved up their engines racing down the road.

I wanted to share my recent experience at a hotel that was quite disappointing. The property seemed very outdated and desperately in need of renovations. I was surprised to learn that the hotel is not actually owned by Hilton, but rather operates as a franchise. Upon entering room 403, I immediately noticed the outdated furniture, dirty carpet, and mold on the shower floor. Despite booking a room with a balcony, I was given a room with a direct view of the trash compactor. The level of customer service was incredibly disappointing, perhaps due to the advanced age of the staff. Additionally, the price charged for a night's stay seemed unreasonably high given the condition of the property. I would advise others to consider staying at the Hilton hotel located just three buildings down, as it seems to offer a much better experience. On a positive note, the gym area appeared to be recently updated, and the exterior of the hotel seemed well-maintained. Thankfully, my stay was only for one night. I would strongly caution against booking a stay at this particular hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. There was construction going on in the hotel. The staff wasnt great. Trevor was very helpful. I requested a baking pan for our dinner at 4pm and i had to ask again 3 more times for it to finally be brought to the room at 930pm. They charged an extra $50 for a service fee and a $200 security deposit when we arrived. On the first day we arrived at 930am. We stayed pool side until our room was ready. It took me asking for the manager for them to come out with pool towels after asking atleast 3 times when they didnt have any for my children.

This place was great.. Really no problems. The only thing I really wanted was the hot tub wasn't working the entire 4 days we were there.. Our room was updated, clean. We got fresh towels when we asked for them. Pool was clean, nice pool area plenty of loungers, tables, chairs, umbrellas.. Beach Access. Very convenient to plenty of stores, Beach shops also only 2 blocks from Daytona Lagoon which was nice too... definitely would go back...
