This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby, bar, dining and guest rooms are all very beautiful, very clean and the decor is impressive. The staff are all very friendly and the ocean views and accessibility are amazing. There were only real gripe I have, if you can call it that, is the "hot tub" isn't really a hot tub. The water just isn't warm enough. Many families had infants & toddlers under 3 yrs old in the hot tub for hours. That is of course completely fine, it was nice seeing the small children enjoy it, but it just further highlights that the water is maybe luke warm at best. Other hot tub experiences I have offer the true relaxation of a hot tub with a higher water temperature. The hot tub here is much less warm and very suitable for toddlers & families, a definite plus if you're looking for amenities for the whole family , particularly with the bubbles that offer a lot of entertainment for the kiddos.

Beautiful hotel, when I got there one person at the counter with a huge line, thankfully more staff arrived check in at 4pm we had an early check in but that didn’t matter room still wasn’t ready till after 4pm on New Years Eve, the room was absolutely beautiful, staff did there best but maybe better prepare especially for NYE all In all I will be back but I’ll make sure my room is ready at check in

We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 25th floor. The city views were fantastic on NYE. Since it was cooler during our stay we spent quit a bit of time in the hot tub. The only negative was that I had to call the 2nd day to get our room serviced.

Nice budget-friendly hotel. Dine at Abilone!
The arrival area is dark at night and feels very uncomfortable. If you self-park, you have to drive across the street to the garage and walk back. A shuttle would make it safer. We waited 50 minutes for the bellhop to bring our luggage to our room. The walls are very thin and very bad seals around the doors. Can hear everything in adjacent rooms. The food at the restaurant is amazing! 5-star cuisine! The views from our 24th floor balcony were also amazing! The bathroom was very spacious and shower was nice. Floors throughout were dirty despite seeing staff using Swiffers everywhere. Dry Swiffers don’t work as well as wet ones! Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels.

Fantastic!! The place was beautiful. I had a great view of the ocean so I was able to see that as well as the sunrise each morning. Bar and restaurant were great. Pool and hot tub great. Atmosphere of the place was wonderful. I highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful modern hotel...will definitely stay here again. The people in 2 rooms closest to us however did not practice the rule of closing the door quietly. They left the door adjar with the lock turned and let it slam every single time! Not the fault of the Beautiful hotel...but rather the inconsideration of other travelers.
