Awful

Hotel was very dirty and in bad need of repair - front desk agent was not friendly or helpful- room was not clean and I need of refurbishing! My feet got dirty walking across the carpet! Pillow cases had holes in them - sheets were thin and ill fitting! Tub was stained and no coffee pot in room!

Well i like it was in the area..but it was tye floors..the carpets..you take a step its like wet muddy material..like something in the woods... and stunk like old dogs and mold. No water pressure..my 17 month old got sick..real sick, is currently sick.. we have traveled the last year srayed in over 25 properties...and this one was by far the worste... electrical wires out in the open running under the sink. The ac ...worked well but mannn...dont do it..not worth gett8ng sick to save a few dollars. I dont understand how a place loke this is able to be open, literally un human..front lobby looked amazing..im sure they have good rooms and bad rooms..based on what you payy..but mann thats really bad. I dint leave reviews unless you get my attention..im just here giving credit where its due is all...

I got to the hotel two hours before check-in an X to see the rooms I was denied so I canceled the lobby. Area was unlit dirty. I wanna let my worst enemy stay in this place.

the rooms are very dirty and bad, the train passes by, you can't sleep, at 9 am they are closed for breakfast, some people are constantly thinking about the night, I will never come here again

We had a very pleasant chexi in staff, but went downhill from there. Room was very worn, rusted towel rack, rusted lamps, bugs on wall and to top that off, we had no hot water. Went to from desk at 8:15 for coffee and doors were locked both front and back. You can do better!!

TRASH MAHL!!!

The deskclerk was anything but friendly. The room had no clock no coffee pot no phone. The maintenance man was as friendly as the deskclerk.we had no hotwater in the sink and very little in the shower we had no antiskid in the tub and no saftey bars.the plugs kept falling out of the outlets.It was a real laugh riot!!.also the toilet did not work.

Not a bad motel for just somewhere to sleep some of the front counter staff are friendly and some are questionable some of the rooms dont have hot water and the front dest told me if i want hot water to book a room full price instead of using my Expedia okc the rooms most definitely could use to be renovated and cleaned up some of the rooms are in better condition than others other than that it suprisingly cleaner than some places stayed before

Not bad for a 💩 motel but there was no hot water. It wasn’t ice but it wasn’t even warm. It was just bearable for a quick rinse . Definitely will not return

Breakfast scam scum

They advertise a free breakfast which is a complete scan not only does the breakfast buffet not open until 9:30 it is just a couple boxes of cereal. No coffee until after that complete scum The manager talked to me from behind a window when I showed up to check in and no one's even there at the front desk until after 9:30 absolutely pathetic.

Dirty room assigned at check in had dirty towels sheets and trash on the tables. Next room had an identifiable brown substance in the bottom of the bathtub. When reported to front desk I was told there was no housekeeping by an unconcerned employee.

Don't do it!

Last minute trip over the Christmas weekend for one night and this was all we could find on Hotel.com. It was way too expensive even at $65/night for the room. Front door was locked when we arrived. As I was calling the emergency phone number to check in, a girl showed up as a security window and was very abrupt and not friendly. We drove to the room. Door was open. Room was a wreck...Cleanliness bad, maintenance bad, leaking water from base of bathroom faucet, door rotten...you get the picture. If it was not so late, we would have driven to another hotel that looked like they had rooms left. We considered sleeping in our truck.

Worst Hotel Ever

On check in my first clue should have been the condition of the building. I got to my room and it smelled horrible. In the middle of winter there was the thinnest blanket I ever saw in the bed. The bathtub was full of rust. The towel holder had so much rust it stained the towels. The toilet seat was broken. Even the electrical outlets were so worn out my phone charger would not stay plugged in. I had to wedge it behind the bed to get it to stay plugged in. They advertised breakfast. The lobby was not open to get in by the time I had to go to my meeting at 7:30. I left a day early and the woman behind the counter did not even ask why I was leaving early. They know it is a run down flop of a hotel.
