Great, no frills, hotel directly on the beach. Perfect for a short or long stay. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but it’s great if you are looking for an inexpensive beach vacation. The rooms and decor show their age but the facility is clean and the staff are very nice. Don’t try to check in before 4 or you will be charged. Also, the tiki bar was not manned so I’m not sure of the function. The spa was green but the pool was clear although sandy. I would definitely stay again. Can’t beat the price or the location

Unfortunately we have a bad experience with front desk lady seams like she has preferences for white skin very unprofessional treatment received from her but everything changed with a white guest after me and another non White guest she didn't provide me the code to get back on the property after I checked out no even a thank you for your stay or comeback soon I don't know if the current immigration situation in Florida makes this personal feel entitled to descriminate Hispanic people but this is very unprofessional.

Great resort!

Great resort, beds were comfortable, great ocean view balconies, clean heated pool. Only downside was the hot tub was a bit filthy, they should do a daily cleanup on it. The room shower lacked efficient steady hot water, it was warmish and sometimes gets hotter on/off. Aside from that, overall a clean hotel and friendly staff!

I got there early but due to their policy i couldn’t check in , so waited till it was check in time , when i entered the room , it smelled like weed, suppose to non smoking room, shower tub , it was painted and it was peeling off , wood floor was dirty , i walked with. my white socks for seconds and changed the color of it, for the price you pay breakfast was ridiculous, a maintenance person makes coffee without washing hands

I am very disappointed in the hotel. First, I paid for an ocean FRONT room. They put us on the first floor right in front of the hot tub. So, anyone who was at the pool area could see directly into our room. We literally had to spend the entire two day trip with the blinds closed in darkness and couldn’t even use our ocean front room we paid for. Please note that ALL rooms on the first floor are NOT ocean front. They are POOL VIEW. I have booked and traveled a lot and many hotels list rooms as pool views. I went to the front desk and they didn't care. I asked for the cost difference in a regualr room, and an ocean front room. I feel that was more than reasonable. They just said, "we gave you an ocean front room, thats all we had to do." Also, later that night I sent my minor child (17) to front desk to get more washcloths for the four of us, the lady brought her handtowels. My daughter corrected her, and the lady at the desk walked off and called her a Bomboclaat! Disgusting! So, if you're comfortable for strangers to dead stare at you in your room, make eye contact, and see what you've doing at all times, then this place is for you. Also, the room was dirty AND the tv was the size of a computer monitor. It was laughable! (Sprite can in photo for reference). Very disappointed in how the overall experience went. People beware and book somewhere else!
