Had a 3 night stay there in Ormond Beach. It was a decent place. The only real problem was the noise above us. It sounded like someone was running back and forth over and over in the room above us. It usually ended by midnight.

My husband and I arrived at midnight for our check in. Lexie at the front desk patiently stood outside of the lobby waiting to allow us entrance. She briefly and efficiently educated us about the facility amenities and access we had during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

No daily housekeeping, halls and elevator smelled like a dog kennel, noisy area beside the Interstate, coffee bar was empty two mornings in a row, way to much money per night for a third rate facility.....I really need a partial refund.. Half of the staff was good, the other half need to be fired. I would never stay there again...please contact me about this....

After my one night stay I can’t believe this place got an 8.4 good rating when the place next to it got a 5 out of 10. This place should also get a 5. I got to the hotel and only after checking me in they told me they could not give me a key. They had to walk me to my door each time. The decent thing to do would have been to tell me when I still had the option to cancel. But after checking in a refund would take days. It was not the front desk personnel’s fault there key system was down but it is there fault for limiting my options. That should have been the first thing said before entering into the check in system. Aside from that the place was just ok. The common area is not comfortable to sit down and have breakfast. It’s also very small. The room is spacious however it’s very worn. I didn’t feel like taking a picture of all the rust in odd places like the lamp. The bathroom shower head is old with no pressure options. The outside awning leaks so bad in the rain not worth standing under it. The only positive thing about the place it is close to the 95. But there are other places that can say the same. Will not be booking this again.
