The groom smelled and the furnishings were extremely outdated. The gym was pitiful. One bench for over a 1000 rooms. I had Salmon in the sports bar and it was so greasy and gross. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Arrived at 3:45pm. Check time stated 4pm. Approached the front desk and was told my room wasnt ready quite yet and they would call me when it was ready. At 5:07pm i went back to the desk to inquire about the room which was finally ready 1 hour and 7 minutes after their stated check in time of 4pm. Valet employees were fantastic but the ridiculous fees for the service based off the quality of the rooms and service dont justify it

Everything you did cost extra. Taking a step, breathing the air. Website was very misleading. Extra charges after extra charges after you booked a non refundable room. It wasn't even close to the price they showed

The property is in poor repair. Couches in the room are threadbare with visible holes. Great location and the staff are great. It needs a facelift and would be a great hotel. Exterior windows need cleaning - we were ocean facing but you can hardly see the view with the dirty windows.

A blight on the Hilton name
Constant smell of marijuana in many parts of the hotel. Non-smoking room stunk of cigarettes. All furniture in room and around hotel was old and worn, mismatched and looking like second-hand pieces from a yard sale. Only one lamp in room making it very hard to see anything at night. Anything made of metal was covered in rust all around the hotel, even the bathroom garbage can. Poor room design made it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom with very little clearance when the door opened. Room safe was non-functional. No fan in the bathroom. Elevators all had non-working floor indicator lights. Broken stairwell door that wouldn’t open or close properly - safety hazard if there was a fire. Reported this to the front desk and it still was not fixed the next day. Ice machine broken. Room curtains were so full of tiny holes that it looked like the starry night sky when the sun came up. We are very loyal to the Hilton brand, but they should be ashamed of this hotel. Way overpriced for the poor level of quality.

Another great stay!
Everything was great except those elevators! So wish they could all be kept in working condition so the wait would be shorter. Otherwise perfect!

Hilton should be ashamed. The amount of revenue that is generated for this company should be used for their hotels as well. For almost $500 i expect some type of decency. The carpet is out of date and needs upgrading, head boards are from the 60's, and the tub was rusty and flooring was cracked. I when i told the front desk they swtich our rooms but he also stated that all the rooms are old and the bathroom floors are cracking! And he was right! The new room was in worst condition!!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
