The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made for a great first impression. The lobby area was spotless and nicely decorated with fun Halloween vibes. The room itself was clean, but it could use some updates. The bathroom had a few missing tiles, the towels had some hair on them, and the ceiling showed some chipping. On the bright side, breakfast was included — definitely a plus! The buffet area was clean, well-stocked, and the food was very good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay here again, hoping the rooms get a remodel in the near future.

We have stayed here several times and each time is always good. The rooms and amenities are always clean. The staff is nothing but friendly. The hotel itself is a little older, and you can see that in the bathrooms and stuff, but it’s a good stay for the money. They have their own beach access and do not charge an arm and a leg for parking. Overall, this will be our go to spot to stay when we visit

This hotel has wonderful potential, but it’s in need of stronger management and improvements. Adding a restaurant and bar, along with renovations, would greatly enhance the experience. It’s a beautiful property, but at present, it feels neglected and poorly maintained

I think you should get the rust out of the refrigerator. Have the bathroom caulked professional, bath door needs to be level fix the rust on accessories, dust smoke detectors they gave a inch of dust on them. Clean the bird poop on the outdoor chairs on the patio. And clean the siding door.put on a screen so bugs don’t get into your room and you could hear the ocean while you sleep. And clean you nasty pool. Your website says no pets, but there were service dogs there with no designated rooms. Clean your elevators.

The property was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful with things to do, the room was facing the ocean and we were able to walk right on the beach right from the pool area. Very pleasant experience and will definitely be staying there again.
