Booked a balcony but did not receive it. The room provided was not thoroughly cleaned. Sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable. Air conditioner was a window unit that did not cool entire room. Fan in bathtoom did not function.

Don’t let the lobby fool you! This property is not one filthy, but the lack of skilled maintenance work oozes from every corner of this facility. Terrible paint jobs, awful patches in the mud work on the walls, mold on the ceiling, picture frame, and door jam. Area by the elevators full of mold and water damage. We had a balcony in our room that was COVERED in pigeon poop. Oh, let’s not forget the AC leaking all over the living room floor and balcony. I can not say enough bad things about this place
