Housekeeping was extremely rude. They came in twice as we were getting ready to check out. I had to leave the room with wet hair because she wouldn’t let me finish. At 12:01 you came bursting through the door I had the lock up thank god because I was getting dressed. Also, it sounded like a stampede in the room above us. Very loud beds are uncomfortable. We won’t be back to as the least. Breakfast is free and it’s just that.

The first day went great. There was a problem with the phone not working so we had to go down to the front desk to get a sheet set for the pull out bed. The man who came to switch out the phone was very kind. There ended up being something wrong with the jack so they couldn’t fix the phone and he offered us all free snacks for the inconvenience. When we went to get then the staff gave us a good pizza recommendation. But the next day we went down for breakfast and there was no where to sit. There weren’t that many people down there but only about six tables total. Then there were no plates to get food. We tried to get yogurt out of the machine and it was empty. There were things for breakfast sandwiches but no buns to put them in. No fruit. I went to the front desk and asked if they were going to put stuff out and if we could get plates. She said the manager was helping out. So we stood there waiting. After about a minute she came over and said “what do you want” I said plates. She said “what else do you want” I said bananas? She said no “what else do you want” I said yogurt. She said “the machine is right there what else” and I was like it’s empty and she said “what else” and I was like nothing is here everything needs to be refilled. And she said “what else” and I was like nevermind we don’t need anything and we went upstairs. She wasn’t saying what else in a nice way she was being rude and not fixing anything but acting like nothing was wrong and I was ridiculous for asking

Second timers.

This is our second stay at this location. This time, we brought our dog and stayed for the weekend. It was a clean, mostly quiet space. Check-in/check-out were super easy. The staff was friendly, everyone acknowledges you throughout the hotel. They do have a pet station outside with bags which is really nice. Our only complaint was that the bed pillows aren't very comfortable so definitely bring your own. Otherwise though, it's always a very comfortable stay.

We had a barking dog right across from us, the halls constantly spelled of marijuana and the room was just ok. Not happy paying full boat with all of these issues. I guess Hilton is going down and doesn’t care about their people like they used to…
