Upon arrival, was told that they "did not have a family suite", only to be told 15 minutes later after standing outside looking for other places to stay that they magically have one now. Very obvious that they have non customers staying there, which I'm sure is why our room was not available. Room was also very dirty and hallway noise was an issue

Building still under renovation. Pool was closed, room had only one chair in need of repair, very institutional, walls white, no pictures and no area to store cloths and no hangers. Bed a bit soft but acceptable. Price reasonable for the event we attended.

BEWARE... online pictures are deceiving! Walked in to check in and the lobby was dirty, the furniture was torn and soiled. There were over 10 people waiting to check in and the man behind the.cpunter said we had to wait because he was doing a shidt change and there is usually no one there. After waiting for 15 minutes and he still hadn't attended anyone. I got up and walked out, I was not about to spend a night in a filthy place. I lost my $$ but had a peaceful night sleep at a clean hotel.

BUGS everywhere!!!! Crawling over the nightstand, in the beds—-everywhere! Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke! The first room we were offered literally had water seeping through the walls and tv was stuck on volume level 100 with no way of turning down! Second room a little better but woke up to bugs crawling everywhere, not just a random few but colonies!

I have switched my rooms literally like four maybe five times me and my son has been getting beat up by fleas. The TV is turning on and off. I literally went downstairs asked for a refund. They told me is nothing they can do. That’s not their business I can’t even take a shower in this hotel room. The water does not even work, my child supposed to be comfortable and safe and I’m very unhappy and I would like my money back or at least a free night or two because this is becoming very ridiculous. Why am I in a hotel room cannot watch don’t feel safe and TV is turning on and off the lights in the hotel room that I’m in right now won’t even stay on AC doesn’t even work. I have the AC on 70 it feel like it’s 85° in here switch rooms again it still having the same problems so I would just like of a better room free nights or I just like my money back .

I’ve been at the Baymont for about a few weeks now they’ve been switching rooms on and off every room I have been in. They have bugs beer container, bottles everywhere you could tell they don’t come in here and vacuum. The carpet TV is flickering on and off without me, even touching the remote the lights in my hotel room not even stay on. I literally have to go outside or open the curtains for a little daylight. Me and my son have felt safe since I got here so I’m to the point why need my money back every penny or just give me some free nights?
