Decent room, property is terrible

The inside of the room was decent. Looks nothing like the one in the photo. There was a giant dent/hole the shape and size of someone's head in the wall. Beautiful view and went right out onto the beach. However the property is in terrible shape. There were no lights to see where we were going on our way to our room, the building is falling apart and there are bugs running around on the floor outside. There is not enough parking on site for guests so you have to park across the street. At one point we needed the front desk and no one was any where to be found. We rang the buzzer and waited for about 10 mins before giving up and leaving.

The employees were so nice and helpful. Our sliding glass door did not lock. They gave us a stck to put in the door. Pet friendly hotel. I love dogs. People don't pick up their mess on the beach. So at night watch your step cause dog poop is everywhere. The hotel it's self needs help.

It was OK

The hotel is in need of some repairs, leaking roof in reception area, pool and hottub needs some cosmetic repairs, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. They put a $100 hold on our credit card, not the $50 as advertised. The breakfast was very limited.

Can tell it was remodeled with this “boutique “ idea but years and years ago. Whoever owns it now has allowed for it to become run down with broken pool chairs etc. Don’t expect to use the advertised cabana pool areas or the bonfire in the sand. One is dilapidated and the other was never lit. Hair in the shower and the free breakfast was the joke ( the worse I have seen) sad rundown property. Don’t expect much

Room shape not very convenient…beds in different places of the room and two TV’s…didnt like the bathroom sink out side of the bathroom and it was oddly shaped…need more storage for toiletries. Needed more shelves in the shower for shower stuff.

Hotel is kept immaculate. Room was very comfortable and has a great ocean front view. Beach access was very convenient with a wonderful shower stall right at the gate. We have stayed here several times and always have been very impressed.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay. Loved being on the beach, cute hotel and newer than most in that price range. The housekeepers were very nice and did a great job.
