Definitely our best experience at a hotel in the area. It was very private in spacious even in the one bedroom unit. The ocean view gave a perfect view of the sunrise. We will for sure be staying here every time we’re in the area!!!

Omggg, I’ve never done a hotel on beachside before as I visited Daytona due to my college homecoming and being that I lived and worked in Daytona in the past and the Max Beach Resort being the first hotel I’ve stayed at on the beach was so AWESOME. The experience was amazing all around and I would like to say thank you to Shelby who is the front desk supervisor. I would like to thank her for her patience, empathy and overall aura! ❤️

Direct access to the ocean beach. Gorgeous units. Huge balcony and kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Ocean view. Staff at front desk, Mary, and general manager, Libby, were absolutely phenomenal during our entire stay and made every effort to accommodate my and my family's needs. Will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The only thing I would have improved, was that the cookware they provided needed some cleaning before we could use it, and we did not receive cleaning services, but it may have been request-only due to the length of our stay. Room was beautiful though the brutalist concrete architecture can take a second to adjust to, especially if you have sound sensitivity, as it definitely echoes in the room. Overall it was a great place go to relax at the beach and have a drink while getting away.

Our stay here at the Max was wonderful. The rooms offer every amenity needed. We were beyond impressed with the room and the hotel as a whole. We'll most definitely stay here when we visit Daytona Beach again. The concierge service was amazing.

I recommend having umbrellas by the chaise in the pool area. All staff was exceptional which includes Linda at front desk, All three bartenders ladies. The chef cook very good smash burgers and wings. I will bring my family back.
