This is a beautiful and well maintained ocean front property. I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times in the last 3 years. It is a fantastic, clean, and well maintained option while still offering affordable rates. Staff are exceptional. Only complainant, the coffee and muffins in the morning leave something to be desired. Better quality coffee or breakfast options would be appreciated. During my most recent stay, there was a significant amount of remedial work being done on the balconies. This lead to a considerable amount of noise. Unfortunately, expedia neglected to inform me there was work taking place. The hotel was quick to inform me, on check in. They also offered to refund my money, or move me to a different room in the event the noise was unacceptable. Ultimately, I decided to stay at the property, because I love this hotel. Though, I know others complained of the noise. I don't fault the hotel for the noise. The work needed to be done. Though, I really think expedia should have notified me of the issue in advance of my arrival at the hotel.

I have stayed here before. The staff is efficient and friendly. Very clean. It has everything we need. The only thing that was bad was looking down from the balcony and the pool at the place next door is full of dark nasty water. So nothing that this facility can do anything about. I will definitely stay here again.
