There was ROACHES everywhere! Like 4 in our room! The bathroom was disgusting with hair, water didn’t drain, and mold! STAY AWAY! Yes it’s on the beach so that’s nice BUT the property is extremely run down!

Great little getaway spot in Daytona beach. Perry's combines nostalgic chime with more modern updates and amenities to the rooms. Views of the ocean were beautiful and the convenience to the beach was excellent. The indoor pool area (which is still open to the ocean air and allows for a breeze) was an unexpected highlight for some evening swim and a quick pizza from a nearby spot. The free donuts and coffee in the morning were a fun addition. Parking was easy and convenient. We would stay here again!

The outside of the property was old did not look very nice. Although the rooms are old, they are nicely renovated. My room didn't have a tv remote, the hot water didn't work and when I went to use the phone to call the front desk, it didn't work. The staff is nice and the wifi works well.

For the values, you cant beat it, sure, there is still some hurricane damage, it happens. Living in Floroda, this was a great getaway to relax in the pool and take in the beach. We stayed in the cottages, so nice and cozy, the bed was very comfortable.
