Easily the worst experience with any hotel/motel experience. I was callled 2 hours after check in time and 20 mins before arrival to tell me that they didn’t have the room with 3 beds I reserved. Which I had reserved two months before. I ended up sleeping on the floor as it was really late. I couldn’t sleep all night as I had to park my car at an abandoned business because they didn’t have enough parking for all the guests there. And some kids spent the whole night yelling, smoking and playing ding dong ditch with all the doors. I happened to find another hotel the next day and my trip was saved. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Period.

Noisy and a bug
Couple years ago we stayed here wasn’t too bad parking is always a challenge but this time it was very noisy. We were down in that hallway every door that shut slammed argument you could hear and all night people were going up and down the hallway, putting stuff in my door Don’t like that pizza advertisements, and there was such a crack in my door that a mouse could’ve fit through there without squeezing his self flat the side of the door not the bottom then wasn’t all that comfortable with the beds room with decently clean but the next morning I saw a little roach believe me if I signed the night before we would’ve been out of there I told the man at the desk that there was bugs in that room and he said he would get it took care of, but I’m sorry I should’ve just demanded a refund. It was that bad. Don’t normally get bad reviews, but this one was just over overboard.

The staff was super nice. The first thing you notice when coming in the room was a musty smell. The second thing was the roach that ran across the carpet right in front of us. The staff tried to help us with the problem and tried to switch rooms for one not on the 1st floor but the were all booked up. They sparyed for us and left us a can of Raid, which i ended up using the whole thing. Which I understand its Florida and we were on the1st floor. You could see daylight around the door so that didn't help. But it wasn't just 1 bug there were many and of all sizes, some as small as a gnat so they must have been there awhile. Overall the room was clean, except smell and bugs, and looks like they're trying to do impovements like newer fixtures in bathroom, fresh paint and the carpet wasnt gross. Pool is not heated so too cold to swim in it. Didn't try the breakfast, not after our room guests, was scared to. Probably wont stay again, although the beds and pillows were more comfortable than the resort we stayed at the night before.

Check in was terrible. We were told our rom was trashed by previous guest and we could upgrade to another room or get a refund and go and search for alternate hotel. At 6.30 pm on Saturday night we were not thrilled about looking for another hotel. We accepted the upgrade and feel that we got ripped off as we thought they should have given us the upgrade since this was not our fault.

Stayed for Daytona Biketoberfest and we just needed a place to sleep before heading home the next morning. At check in staff was nice but there were two customers complaining about their rooms and how there sheets were not washed and there room was disgusting and the second customer complained about a strong odor in their room that was making their head hurt and could not sleep. We got a room anyway as every other place was booked for this event. The room definitely had a strong odor I'm assuming to combat mold from the previous hurricane but this was VERY strong they should have aired the room out or at least a warning, I would have paid a little more to not smell that odor. There were roaches in the bathroom and that made me uncomfortable sleeping in the bed as I felt like they were crawling on me. Staff was nice and just doing there best to accommodate the large crowd for a very big/busy weekend. I think they should have taken the hit and closed some rooms until the odor and mold was situated.

Stay Away at all Costs
Terrible! Room smelled like death, dirty, TV didnt work and scary neighbors. Only book this hotel if you’re desperate. I’ve traveled all over from 5 star to 1 star hotels and this one I’ll never forget! The receptionist at the front desk was very nice and courteous.
