Simple hotel on the beach. Parking is crowded within the hotel. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk and close to main street for Bikeweek. Rooms are simple. No thrills in the rooms. If you like balconies and views of the ocean great location. Can see dolphins swimming from your room. Would stay again.

The room had coffee available but nothing to make it with, no coffee maker. No phone to call front desk, and hot water was good in the shower until after a few minutes, it wasn't. Lots of rust in the bathroom.

This is a place you stay when you can't find nothing else... The facility needs a serious renovation as the carpet in our room was worn, the refrigerator was not working, batteries were missing from the safe, and the furniture looks like it's been there since the place opened... I would stay here again, if nothing else was available due to its location...

Most of the lights in my room did not work, but then they would turn on in the middle of the night. The toilet ran constantly, the A/C rattled and was loud. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor every time you turned on the faucet. The bathroom was not clean (hair all over, floor was dirty). I had to buy a pair of shower shoes because the bottom of my feet were filthy from walking on the floor.
