We were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and check in was a breeze. The room was great, it was a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen which was great to have. The room had a decent view of the ocean and was great to have easy access to the beach. The pool is like a lazy river. It’s close to places to eat if you wanna get some great seafood go to Hulls Seafood, it’s the best! I will stay here again in the future when I’m in Ormond Beach.

The pool was delightful and lazy river fun for the whole family. The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. There were unlimited pool/beach towels and repositories for the dirty ones. Parking was a little annoying as there wasn’t enough ADA parking. Our room was fantastic and had everything we needed!

I greatly appreciate the wonderful staff at this resort! Prior to the trip I called to confirm an oceanfront room and was told that this could not occur until the day of check-in. This was disappointing considering that the online pictures showed an ocean view. I was also informed that the ramp leading to the beach was not available and parking was limited, both due to damage from Hurricane Milton. Attempted to cancel the reservation but was told I would be charged regardless, so we continued with the trip. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised at the amazing view from the spacious one bedroom suite (seems that all rooms have somewhat of a view) and grateful that we did not change hotels. The ramp to the beach was not necessary as their pool is fantastic and large enough for many kids, a few teens, and about two dozen adults (plus they have stairs). The location is convenient to a CVS, Publix, Angelica's Diner (delicious), and many other restaurants and shops. Parking was not an issue whatsoever. It's wonderful that the staff communicates through text message prior to and during your stay. The trip was for my friend's 48th birthday and the customer service associate (Mark) even offered to pick up a cake and candles for her!!! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely return when in the Ormond Beach area. This is the perfect location for anyone who used to party in Daytona Beach for Spring Break in the 90s but now wants something a bit calmer.

We really enjoyed the pool area. However, our 1 bedroom unit was quite small and no window in the bedroom. The bathroom layout was awkward with the toilet right up against the tub/shower.
