Cabanas are prime location right at the beach. Place is very clean. But staff is not cooperative. I had to ask for the room service to come clean my room on every night I stayed and one of the days I called multiple times and still did not get anyone to come clean.

We normally love staying here. Unfortunately the property has cut back on bar hours. They also continue to employ Jojo at the bar. She is rude, nasty and threatens hotel guests outside of the hotel if she thinks she didn’t get tipped enough. Regardless of where those threats happened she was representing the resort when interacting with guests staying there. In fact she has threatened me on more than one occasion due to her tips. I brought management up to speed and she’s still working there months later. It’s very uncomfortable and threatening that she is still there. I will not patron the tiki bar or anywhere else while she is there. Look at her numbers from last year to this. She’s never on time, drunk or high when present at work and is the rudest employee ever. She shouldn’t have a job at that resort. Now for the good, we always have our favorites but in all seriousness generally the staff is great and always goes above and beyond for everyone. We love staying at the resort. I did participate in going to the spa for the first time ever. It is well worth every penny spent in there. The entire spa staff is the greatest in making you feel extra pampered.

When my wife checked in the clerk required a credit card to charge an enormous amount against it. When asked what for? She said it's "to cover the cost in case you use the restaurant or parking." IN CASE!!!? You pay your restaurant tab when you eat at the restaurant. You pay for parking when you use it. I would say the night clerk is trying to get an extra payday. Because of this, we will NEVER use this hotel again.

We had a great time at this hotel. The food and drinks were great and not expensive. We had complementary s’mores kits for the kiddos that we made by the fire pit at night. Very big jacuzzi and late night swimming was fun. And you can’t beat the ocean view! The staff were pleasant and hotel room was large with comfy beds. We will definitely be back next time we visit Daytona beach.

Great stay
All was great roms was clean service was awesome fod was good will definitely be back to stay again. Only down side was stayed there 2× and both times they have had elevator problems wh where only 1 of 3 was working other everything is great.

Have stay twice all was great will be back to stay again rooms clean services was awesome. Have clean pol area and beach access along with great food in hotel . Only problem we had in both stays was elevator only 1 of 3 was working. But other than that can't beat it.
