If you are under a budget this is a good hotel. It is not on the boardwalk area but it is less than 5 minutes driving. The room was clean, 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed. Staff was friendly. We loved the Cafe and enjoyed the breakfast. Good to have a place to eat in the hotel. Overall it was acceptable.

Excellent but....

The hotel is one if our favorite. Everything was excellent except the room smelled like smoke. I am not sure if it was because they left the door open and it came from the other people's balcony or they need to clean the filter in the air-conditioner. The place always smelled like bleach when we would come but this time it didn't. Over all still our place to go.

It great stay overall, staff very friendly Hotel is older looking, smelly hallways (might have been due to storm) but rooms were clean without smell. My room card wouldn’t work after room cleaning I would go up and than down to reactivate the card for 4 days that we stayed Would definitely recommend if you’re not looking for luxury and just a place to sleep with decent price.

Well priced accommodation with easy parking. Large room, a little dated but everything we needed the only thing was that the patio door was v old and the wind whistled through. The cafe serving breakfast was excellent - well cooked and great value.
