We have stayed here a few times, but this was definitely the last. They DO NOT sweep OR mop the floors. They DO NOT check the silverware drawer to ensure the utensils Are clean, we had hair in the drawer. All but maybe two of the pool chairs are broken, this is an easy fix if only the maintenance man would bother doing it instead of just lining them all up every morning. We were there for 7 days this time and the pool was cleaned once. They didn’t bother mentioning that beach access was gone from the pool area.

I love we were directly on the beach and the sunrises were beautiful. I disliked there was no more direct access you have to walk around down the round next to the hotel to get to the beach. They have the access closed off they said they having been waiting on a permit to rebuild the stairs down.

I like it was clean. The room was spacious. I had problem with the room key every day. Never worked. Even keeping it separate from the cell phone. That was frustrating for me. Also a representative from Expedia that booked my ticket told me breakfast was included and it was not. They just have a cafe. Very important read every detail before booking.

Never Again! Worst So Called Motel Ever!!

Motel and room was nasty and dirty! Floors looked like they had never been mopped and couldn’t walk barefoot in the room without your feet turning black! The pillows were terrible and the supposedly clean towels had stains all over them! They charged an extra $10 per day for my daughter to park her car and the car got a door ding because they had cars parked everywhere and some not even in an actual parking spot! The pool was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned forever. We were constantly killing bugs on the floor

There was a “trick” to get water from the shower, you had to pull out with 2 hands. The phone did not work, the bed was horrible. A dog was barking all night. Only 1 chair on balcony. No ice in the ice machine. No breakfast or room service. Small pool. Old out dated rooms and property. Not at all like the pics showed on Hotels.com

The beach in this location was incredible and it’s within walking distance of the boardwalk and some shopping/restaurants. The hotel itself is old and could use some cosmetic upgrades but overall it was a nice stay.

Despite booking 6 months ahead, this property failed to give use the room we booked (king deluxe), and substituted it with a queen. When we complained, we were told “tough luck” that’s between you and the booking company (Expedia). Expedia also failed to offer us anything for this poor experience as Expedia says it’s between us and the hotel. So buyer beware!!
