Unpleasant stay
Outside under heavy construction. Condo above us hammering on floor day & half the night. Very uncomfortable furniture in our condo- couch was terrible, no table & chairs to sit at to eat. Dirty deck & furniture. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Would not recommend.

The hotel itself was nice. We were upset that the lazy river and the pool slide was down. There is quite a bit of construction going on near by - fortunately you couldn't hear it from the room. All in all it was a nice trip and a great hotel.

This is a time share property. This should be stated during reservation. I was asked to attend a presentation at check in. This should be asked when making a reservation if you would like to attend a presentation. If you state no then you should not be asked.

Great location, clean. Negative is a $80 resort fee which no one could tell me what I get for that? And the overwelling sales pitch to get me to attend a 1 hour sales pitch for Wyndham

Loved nearly everything except for 2 big issues. The lack of parking was Incredibly frustrating, especially for a large family. Also the jetted tub was absolutely atrocious. I finally got a moment for a relaxing bath and made the mistake lf closing my eyes after pressing the jet button. When I opened them it looked like someone had poured a bucket of green pond scum into the bath. I was itching horrible and immediately had to shower off. Definitely will request a cleaning check beforehand.

Property is well maintained! Rooms are a little dated, but perfect for a Beach Trip! I love the beach front view, pools, lazy lagoon, and easy beach access (you are immediately on the beach).

This was a sister trip and our first time to Daytona. We really enjoyed the resort, very well kept and employees were wonderful. The only complaint we had at all was the fact we booked through Expedia.Com and they did not mention we would be required to pay a resort fee when checking in. We thought we had paid for everything online at Expedia. Other than that we have no complaints. We would definitely come back.

This is a great property and very convenient to the Boardwalk and gift shops. Just be aware that it is a time share type place and they require you to sit through a 60 minute presentation and sales pitch for their program.

We stayed in room 408. It was not a quiet room. You can hear any bands that are playing next door. You can also hear the people above you walking around. The bathtub is very slippery and could use some safety bars. We enjoyed the swimming pools.
