Overall, not bad but don’t expect super clean. For example, corners in bathroom had visible dirt, visible dirt/sand in hot tub floor, and some of areas looking just like getting older and needing update. Like the amenities. Nice staff but needs cleaner.

The room was very clean the staff was very kind and helpful. The only complaint I would have is the tubs in the bathroom are rounded and very slippery and would be very easy to fall.

Perhaps it was just due to the large number of young kids, but the breakfast area wasn’t really accessible due to lack of food, mess and nowhere to sit. I think there was a basketball or hockey team there.

Front desk worker Johnathan stood out the most! He is the definition of front desk staff, the face of the hotel as soon as you enter. I can't say a bad thing about him at all. He went out of his way to help us! And he didn't need to. Kind caring, attentive, helpful, perfect customer skills. Friendly and wonderful smile and personality I legit can't say a bad thing about him! Just cause of him I will be back. And top it off, cleanest hotel room I've stayed in! Clean, comfy, welcoming. I can't say a bad thing about the hotel or staff. Give him and the cleaning, maintence staff a fat raise/long vacation they deserve it! Kudos to your team! I'm looking forward to my next visit!
