Property was old, outdated smelly. I can only say the bed was clean but old lumpy mattress. Overall quality conditions were horrible. Remote don’t work to the TV. Staff was dressed in regular clothes that appeared dirty with holes. They were lazy sitting in chairs at the desk and breakfast was not attended nor replenished. We won’t pay a dime for this property in the future and willing to pay more $ somewhere else.

Our stay was very nice. Our kids enjoyed the water park. It was perfect for our 5 and 6 year old. It may not be enough to satisfy a teenager or older kid, but for the cheap price, you can't beat it. Facilities are definitely older, but the cost of the room was the cheapest I have seen in awhile. The doorknob fell off of our bathroom door during our visit, but it was a matter of the screws not staying in place. Didn't bother us. Continental breakfast was fairly basic, but they had the waffle maker which is generally our go to choice. Overall, it will definitely be our hotel of choice if we return to Brookings.

Rooms definitely need updated. Pictures online didn’t look like the room in person. The breakfast was nothing special. Kids pool was freezing. My littles kids did not want to be in the water for that reason. Thankfully the hot tub was big so we just hung out there. Someone needs to be on duty during busy pool hours because people left trash and wet towels on the lounging chairs and floor. Was gross!

Going to check in and lobby was dirty. The room was outdated but the bathroom had mold around the tub. The hallways were extremely dirty as well. I did not feel safe at this property. I asked for a refund and the staff was helpful with that.

This hotel is badly in need of a renovation. Hallways are dark, dirty, and musty. Shower water temp wildly fluctuates, especially when someone flushes a toilet. Curtains not very well designed and let a lot of light in around edges.
