Sent us to our room, it had not been cleaned. Second room had black mold in shower area,walls. Could not take a shower, tub floor looked dirty also.

We couldnt even stay. The roomo was not cleaned, had blood and dirt on bedding. Roach bugs were visable and crawled on me. Went and asked ofr a different room and they did not accomodate

The room itself was a nice room but it was not clean. Wore shoes all the time because the floors were not cleangot a pair of socks real dirty. Bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing.

No heat during a colder than usual evening in Deltona, FL. Not enough water pressure to get a hot shower (water lukewarm). Floors dirty, my feet were brown. Bed needs new mattresses. That's enough. Last try at this location.

This was the only Hotel available, and we had no other choice. The room was disgusting, floors had not been mopped in months, no lightbulbs in fixtures, cigarette burns on the sheets in a "Smoke Free Room"! We had people smoking weed and yelling outside our room till 2am and someone tried opening our door several times. Stay Away!!! Good reviews on this property are scams!

There was mold growing on the lamp shades. And on the bottom of the bed. The toilet did not flush and on one of the pillows on the bed had either blood or poop on it. Not to mention we were put into a sampling room booking though Expedia. So the smell 😳 there are no filters for the rooms. Mind you I asked if they had non smoking rooms when I seen where they put us. And the one man said no. When I went back up to cancel the second man moved us. I also told him about the room issues. Giving two stars because they did move us. I have photos of it will let me post.
