El hotel es bonito para una sola noche, No me gustó que el parqueo es en la calle cuando la Propiedad dice parqueo incluido.

I was there overnight and didn't stay much in the hotel nor did I have a chance to have breakfast in the morning as I left too early. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was relaxing. The hotel location is convenient for travelers, as you can get to the airport and to the King Hussein bridge if you are going to the West Bank without going into the areas of Amman with worse traffic.

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel this is not the one .. but will give them credits for the good staff there and location of it.

Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am contacting you to formally request a **full refund** for my reservation at the Olive Tree Hotel. I booked and paid for a three-night stay, but the condition of the hotel was so unacceptable and unsanitary that I was unable to remain there. I arrived at the hotel and left early the following morning after staying for only approximately **six hours**. I did not even stay for a full night, let alone the three nights I had booked. The condition of the hotel, particularly the bathrooms, was extremely disturbing. The bathrooms were **filthy, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard**. Basic necessities such as **toilet paper were not even provided**. The overall cleanliness made me extremely uncomfortable, and I did not feel that it was sanitary or healthy to continue staying there. This was far beyond simply being dissatisfied with a hotel—the accommodations were not in a condition that I considered reasonably suitable for an overnight stay. Because of these conditions, I raised the issue and was **told that I would receive a full refund**. Based on that assurance, I left the property. However, I have still not received the refund that was promised. I paid for **three nights and used only approximately six hours of the reservation because the conditions forced me to leave**. Very nic and clean property in a prestigious area. The Management and all staff are super kind, cooperative and helpful. I here feel home , everything the make it happened smoothly and professionally. I’m glad that I chose this Hotel Capri . Many thanks to all , and I’m returning in a few days to the same Hotel .
