Loved the hot tub

Our stay was better than expected. Hot tub was AMAZING. We were fortunate enough to get the entire hot tub area to ourselves. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was kind. Served a hot continental breakfast.

Mold in bathroom, jacuzzi and bathroom didn’t work, one of the beds was broke, the lock was broke, every time I ask for towels they acted like I was asking for gold, the towels were dingy looking, was there for night and we never had housekeeping once, had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags, the hot tubs outside we went to use and they stunk and were gross looking. The night person was kind of rude now the day was very friendly.. They didn’t have any meat on the for the breakfast no danishes no fresh fruit.

Would not stay here again

The employees were very nice, but the overall cleanliness, condition and comfort of the hotel were subpar in our opinion. Very noisy a/c and refrigerator. Black on the ceiling in shower made us uncomfortable, as well as the general condition of shower and bathroom.

When we checked in, they wouldn’t give us the room we reserved and paid for. Due to having pets, they said we couldn’t have the room and we would need to take a lesser room and still pay the original price plus pet fees. (This information was not in the description like a lot of hotels have in the additional information section) It cost us $350 for one night for a standard room. They gave us a key and when I unlocked the door there was already a lady in that room and we startled each other! They then gave us a different room that was grungy. There was another guest trying to check in with the same problem as we were having.

Not What They Claim To Be..

The hotel was misrepresented. Looked nothing like the photos. Upon arrival, windows were broken and boarded. Shopping carts behind the building. Approached immediately by a guest who informed us that there was no hot water for several days. We did not stay, they charged us anyway even though they had no hot water. How they expect guests to stay without hot water.

I had a great experience here a couple years ago. Breakfast heating cleanliness conditions would not have met health code violations, no hot water for showers, the breakfast was bare minimum and frankly lacking. There was open soda bottles in my fridge from a previous guest? Wondered how clean the rest of the room was. The family suite had a second tv with no batteries for the remore and no air in the room.

We did not stay at this hotel. When we pulled in it looked like a dark dungeon. One of the windows on the top floor was boarded up with plywood. We went in and asked to see our room, everything was dark and dingy. The elevator sounded like it was going to make it to the next floor. A maintenance man rode up with us with a hammer in his hand. The whole vibe wasn’t good and we let them know we would not be staying.

The hotel appeared run down upon entering the driveway. The lobby seemed dated but that was the least of my issues. The front desk attendant had terrible body odor. The room was disgusting. The bed sheets had stains. The AC unit worked but appeared to be about 30 years old and the buttons were so worn you couldn’t tell which ones to push to make it work the way you wanted it to. There was hair all over the shower. The carpet felt damp and sticky. Now I see why they were the cheapest in the area. I won’t stay here again.

Pulled in and my initial thought was, “Is this place open”? Weeds growing up around the property and through the concrete cracks. I walk to the front door to see the 2 workers outside talking a smoke break. After checking in, my wife and I proceed to the very small, make-shift looking elevator with dead flies in the light fixture above. We get to our room and try to turn on the tv but remote wouldn’t work. I go to take a shower and I turn on the faucet and wait…and wait…and wait for the hot water. No hot water. As the water ran, it filled the tub. The drain wasn’t draining. I go down to the desk to ask for a room with hot water, they said they had a problem with the hot water and are waiting for the plumber. It will be fixed tonight or in the morning they said. Morning came, still no hot water! I go down to ask for refund and cancel my next nights stay, nobody around so I wait and dial 0 on a phone on the desk. Finally someone comes and apologizes that they don’t have access to give a refund there at the desk, I have to email the manager who hasn’t been there in 2 weeks. This is a dump at best and no one is around to help out. I should’ve taken a hint when there were only 3 vehicles in the parking lot when I arrived. Don’t believe the “good”reviews on this place, go somewhere else. I’ve yet to hear from the so-called manager for my refund.

I have stayed here before in the past (5+ years ago), it was an average clean hotel with the main feature being the hot tubs outside. This time our room was disgusting, dusty, dirty, moldy, many broken things. Then we woke up to no hot water, they didn't have hot water when we checked in the night before, was never informed. When we asked about it they were hoping to have it on by the evening of the next day. No offer to make it right, just here is an email ask them. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me!

It’s not Vegas I do realize that but for $100/night it is what it is. They need better cleaners that’s for sure there was either mold or just that dirty above shower. Bedding was most definitely not washed but flipped over. Luckily I had our own blankets. Never eat a free breakfast
