Everything was good about our stay except for parking. There was not nearly enough parking for all of the vehicles there. Parking spots were blocked off for no reason

This was a fantastic venue. The check in was easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It worked out great for hubby on his electric wheelchair. My only complaint is that the main door was very heavy to open and keep open so that he can get in and out. The ada room was very far down the hall. I am glad that we had the wheel chair. It would have been brutal if he was on his walker only.

Disgusting

This hotel was so disgusting. When we went to our room after checkin we were disgusted so asked for a different room. It was even worse. Hand prints on the headboard, walls were filthy, crumbs all over the floor, soap scum inside and outside of the shower, bedsheets we’re old with snags all over them and I’m sure there is more I’m missing. The front desk staff tried to be helpful and were very friendly but the male housekeeper with the longer hair that was told to clean our room again was extremely rude. (and the room looked no different than before he went in to clean it a second time except for the handprints on the headboard were gone) We didn’t even take our belongings to the room until we got back to go to bed the first night for fear that something would go missing. They gave us some vouchers for food and the casino which was nice but that didn’t fix the problem. We spent no time in the room at all except to sleep…we even considered sleeping in our car due to the filth in the room. Breakfast was decent. Hotels.com worked hard trying to get us refunded but the hotel wouldn’t do it. The hotel also lied to hotels.com telling them that they weren’t aware of any issues we were having. Probably because they hung up on the hotels.com agent when he called them to remedy the issue. I’ve added a few photos but they don’t show near the filth we dealt with. DO NOT STAY HERE!
