My stay was good, however, we needed our second room cancelled and the front desk would NOT cancel it, nor did they give me a key for it. I was charged full price for 2 rooms 2 nights and only was able to use one room. This may be a bigger problem for hotels.com than the tru in deadwood, but someone needs to come across and reimburse me for at least one room one night.

I liked that you could get to the casino and places to eat really simple. I didn't like that you paid extra for the parking. Should just get included even it you pay more for the room.

Property was clean. The Bed was uncomfortable and needs replaced or better quality. Breakfast was free but was continuously out of food items along with coffee. Had to wait substantial amount of time for each item.

Great spot in Deadwood

Really nice hotel and casino - it was a bit confusing on where to pull in and check in, maybe better signage is needed. Friendly staff.
