The bathroom floor was filthy, and it looked like it had not been swept or mopped. There were hairs in the bed and random dirt smudges everywhere. Felt super unhygienic and couldn't wait to leave. Also, there was a strong fragrance or cleaning chemical smell that gave us headaches.

Great hotel, great rooms, super fun breakfast!

Such a cool hotel concept. Very open check in on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Tons of storage space, including room for your suitcase under the bed. If you aren't aware, like me, the first floor is a casino. We stayed on the third floor and didn't hear anything. The rooms are quiet, even traffic noise is muffled. They do have the coolest breakfast option to make your own pancakes! No pouring batter everywhere- you push a button, silver dollar sized batter drops on a conveyer belt. This machine cooks the pancakes on both sides and then flips it onto your plate. So fun!!

The hotel is clean & the staff is friendly but I was charged 2x for my hotel stay. I asked to speak with the manager was told she wasn't in for 2 days. I noticed then the 1 charge was removed from my account still no one called or texted me. The next day the other charge was removed from my account will try to speak with manager again

This place was amazing and had everything all at one location, very friendly check-in process love the fact that they did ice buckets and ice on one floor with the lobby. They gave you lots of extra perks will definitely go back.

We liked staying here. We parked in the front parking lot but there is an underground lot as well. Breakfast was good. A lot of people got through with very little waiting, I was impressed. The bed and pillows were good, room was clean and quiet. Hardly any wait for the elevator. It was a nice, safe walk to old town.
