Good hotel in perfect location

Great location opposite the beach and close to walk from train station. Room was well equipped with comfortable bed and good shower. Windows in poor condition but possibly cant be replaced due to planning laws. Lots of places to eat closeby

This is a nice and very charming hotel right on the beach in Deal. The property is a bit older but this only adds to the charm of the building and all modern amenities are provided. It’s also immaculate clean. Staff is really friendly and gave us great tips.

This was my 2nd time here, the views are fantastic as always. The separate bath and shower in the Smuggler’s Cabin are absolutely perfect for whichever mood you or your partner are in. Stayed 2 nights this time because 1 wasn’t enough last time. The rooms were as immaculate and the bed was so comfortable.

Watching the waves.

Absolutely fantastic suite to just relax and look out of the window and watch the sea. Brilliant High Street with lots of wonderful shops near by. Will definitely be booking again but maybe for a longer stay.

Best location in Deal and the room was beautifully appointed. Online check-in and auto check-out were in keeping with the convenience focus of the hotel, and obviously leaves more investment for top notch facilities in the room. Great location and easy check in. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Only issue was the weather was bad and the wind was blowing through the windows which you could hear and feel and making the room cold. We ended up pulling the cutains which meant we lost the view. We went out a lot earlier than planned due to not being able to warm up!

Pleasant stay in Deal

Our suite had amazing views and plenty of space for us to relax in. Check in/out was simple and reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge area did have damp in it, which i think is being tackled by a heating unit. We wouldve appreciated cutlery besides teaspoons, tools to wash up (plates, bowls, microwave provided and room adverised as having a kitchenette). The main bedroom didnt have a radiator, when we asked staff they advised the heater in the lounge should address the lounge and the bedroom... bit of a stretch on cold autumnal nights!
