Despite the fact that the facility was nearly full, it was quiet! Staff was very friendly and readily available. The breakfast area was well maintained and attended. This is my second visit & if I'm in Decorah again, this is where I'll stay.

The only negative thing that happened was the television stopped working. The desk clerk came to the room and did everything (checking connections etc.), that she could. It was our last night to stay and about 8:00 PM. The Hotel was full and there was no other option and we understood.

Great area-nice and quiet, empicably clean room with all the essentials. Wonderful staff, helpful with great suggestions for restaurants. The breakfast was fully stocked and terrific! I will stay here again.

We were up early and offered breakfast before they were fully done preparing, thanks for that kindness! We also had not checked before arrival to learn that there were stairs but not an elevator. The person at the desk was able to exchange our room on the upstairs for a room on the first level. Again, thank you for your kindness.

I would stay here again.
Extremely clean room and motel. There was an odor in the sheets that bothered me. I don’t use chemicals (I sell Norwex) and the laundry soap or dryer sheets or fabric softener you use was too much for me. Otherwise, everything was very clean. Breakfast was typical of motel breakfasts, but still good.
