The roof of the hotel was being re-shingled between 8am and 5 pm onFriday, Saturday and Sunday. The hotel was absolutely full of families with young 10 to 14 year old kids. These kids were in pacs playing soccer in the hall ways, knocking on doors and running away. We called reception 6 times. With all this we expect a substantial refund - paying $200 = tax a night for this is not acceptable. The staff and owner representatives told us we had to take up our complaint with Expedia.

No one changed our garage, brought fresh towels or even refreshed our room. We were on bottom floor next to ice machine which was clanging all the time and didn’t find beds comfortable

Bloody pillow case
When we checked in my father laid his head on a pillow case that had 3 blood stains on it also kleenex box was empty in washroom. When i told front desk they gave me two pillow cases and a box of kleenex nothing more. I felt like they could of done better. Wouldnt recommend

An okay stay
For a last minute booking, this was a good choice. The room was spacious and comfortable but the carpet was terribly stained, the bathtub did not drain and our room was missing a hair dryer which was delivered promptly!

Comfortable and clean. The tv wasn’t working due to an issue with Roger’s but we were not told this. Would have liked to been able to watch the Olympics. We should have been compensated for this!!
