Because of a major concert in a nearby city, hotel rooms for this particular night were few and far between. I knew exactly what I was getting when I booked the room. The clerk/housekeeper was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the linens fresh and relatively new. The AC unit was newer and in good working order. There was an attempt to update a few things (a sliding barn door at the bathroom). The room's other furnishings were old and showing it. And while the was a hamper for the towels, there was no ice bucket... And just at the end of a movie, the satellite went out (at least I know who did it...) The place was a good dollar spent for our last night on the road; we had a good night's sleep and that was all we really needed.

It's an older hotel but the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. We spent 1 night and had no complaints. A quick walk up and down the historic street was interesting. There's not much else going on in this tiny town. The nearby 4Bs always was a stop for our family for hearty breakfast.

Outside of hotel is pretty rough looking but rooms that were remodeled are very pleasant ! Pros are large room , ac works well, Roku tv, large free and bed was fairly comfortable and room was very clean Cons bathroom toilet/ shower area is VERY narrow and small

Nice Motel
nice remodel of an older road-side type motel. Staff easy to work with. Close to grocery store and historic old Montana prison. Only complaint would be an extremely firm bed. Older people need a softer bed (most of us).

Pretty much sub par. Ok at best. Bathroom beat up, more water came out of the control than the showerhead. Remote on the tv didn’t work one the tv was on, had to unplug the tv to turn it off.

Extremely clean room, easy to check in and out. Loved that it has the Roku option for tv, I find it crazy that the big named hotels aren't on board with that yet. Only complaint is the water temp for the shower does not get very warm, but my husband liked it so if you don't mind a cooler shower it is fine. Can't beat the price. We drove all the way from the very top left corner of Washington state, to Minnesota and this hotel was by far the simplest and cleanest we stayed in.

Our room was fine. The office door needs to be looked at. As I was leaving after checking in, there was a sharp area on the door that scraped up my arm. We had to walk to that little grocery store for bandages.
