The toilet backed up and called front desk for help 30 minutes later no help went to office and was told had to wait at 45 minutes more I asked to change room and I needed to have a downstairs room cause couldn’t climb stairs was denied room eventually housekeeping showed up hour later desk receptionist showed no concerns when I asked to speak manager no number was given to me

Was cheap last minute stay but other guests where around smoking pot and lingered into room I was in other then that it was clean and sheets where clean no complaint there
