This hotel indicates it is inside the Airport precinct and it is not. The map on the site is a fraud. The hotel is located about 2 klm's from the entrance from the airport entrance. The address given is nothing, means nothing to taxi drivers, we had to call into the tourist information office to find it. Internet does not work, beds are poor, air conditioner unusable
I wanted a place to sleep for a few hours between flights and I chose this hotel because, according to my search engine, it was the closest one to the airport, only 0.4 km. WRONG. Maybe they measure from the outer fence by one of the runways. The taxi drivers didn't know where it was. When they figured it out, we drove a long way through a very seedy neighborhood.
I had paid for the room online, but the clerk tried to charge me again, twice: when I checked in and when I checked out. I asked to change a bill so I could tip the boy who carried my baggage. The same clerk tried to short change me!
The bathroom was not clean and the room looked nothing like the pictures online. The only positive surprise was the decent breakfast they brought to my room. And I suppose the room looked OK when I turned off all the lights.

Liked: Staff & service
not too shabby
people are so nice and attentive, the hotel wasn't the nicest I've ever stayed in but if you're only there for a night or two its not too bad.
The hotel was a nightmare both in location wise and in the service provided to a solo female traveller, I asked that the initial room given to me to be changed for the "deluxe" room promised in the hotel booking. I assumed since I would be there only for 9 hours so to speak, a hotel would do, but how very wrong I was! It is probably safer and better to avoid a hotel such as this in such a shady area, off any Main Street, and the hotel staff too were very unhelpful and unkind, despite the 100s of rupees in tips garnered out of me, at 1:00 am in the morning!

They tried to charge twice
Would not recommend.they tried to cheatand and and and and
Worst hotel stay i've ever had. Hotel NOT as seen in pictures. Taxi driver had to use GPS to find it and it was down a gravel, scarey road set among construction machinery and a residence hotel. The room they gave us was under the stairs and by the kitchen that stayed noisy all night. Very loud employees had loud conversations in the hall and doors and dishes banged all night long. The room itself was dirty. There were brown stains in the toilet and rust and mold on the floor by the drain. The room was very cold, no heat and only a single thin wool blanket. We wound up sleeping in sweatshirts and pants. This is definitely not a hotel for women or westerners looking for any sort of safety or comfort.
For $43 a night, you won't go bad. It was a OK hotel. I don't have any complaints. For one night stay it was okay. AC was functional, staff was friendlier and overall a nice hotel at cheap rate near the airport. No complaints. Will refer a friend if he is looking a cheap with friendly staff. Food was okay at reasonable price.
