#1 worst hotel from all my travel experiences.
I already wrote a details on bad things that can happen in this hotel. #Terrible smell in lobby and rooms,Chemical lemongrass and sewer. Dirty floors, slippery and moldy tiny bathroom Rom # 404 and #410.All employees without uniform. Minutes after checking in taking the Expedia/ Hotel.com review and giving thumps down to all. Off premises manager A. JHA calling and begging,strongly suggesting and bullying me to fix the review so they can get 4 star.Meanwhile wrongfully putting the 2.5 star hotel as 4 star. Check out I reach the desk at 7:20 am. They ask for cash, suggesting them I am not carrying that much cash, they suggest a ATM, refused that too, they tried my credit card 2 times, now again suggest me to go to ATM, I gave another card, this time an international, another person comes in and swiped my card 2 times. Meanwhils my ride, taxi calls the front office and says he is waiting. 7:35, my husband joins, they offer to accompany him to a nearby ATM to withdraw cash as their Credit Card Processor is not working. He also refuses to pay cash so they tried his card on another mashine. 7:45, they still insist on paying cash for the worst hotel room and surroundings.

Nice and Clean
This hotel is not BRAND NEW, but it is very well maintained and clean. All staff members spoke English and were very helpful. I am not familiar with New Delhi and didn't really do much sight seeing in the area, so it's hard to judge on the location. But in terms of comfort, we were very pleased with our room :) The hotel has a lift, so it is convenient for parents with kids and a stroller or for people with walking difficulties.

Airport Shuttle - Premium Fare
I chose this hotel because I filtered the Expedia search for hotels with Shuttle. I assumed that since they provided a shuttle it must be close to the airport but it was farther than I had thought. And to make matters worse, I had to pay a premium for the shuttle (about 4 times the cost of Uber). There were a lot of hotels much closer to airport with better prices.

hotel is average 3 star. rooms are clean but mine was tiny. service is hit and miss. they try to deliver the best services but don't have the staff to do it. my room wasn't cleaned the second day and i had to keep reminding them. they do go out of their way to try to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is at 7 but i had an early train on my first day and needed to leave before 7. they put breakfast on for me at 6.30. breakfast is ok if you like a traditional indian breakfast. choice of 3 or 4 traditional options us cereal and toast.

Very small room with outdated furniture. Pictures on website are photo shopped and highly misleading. No luxurious feeling or ambience in the hotel and would classify this as a 3 star hotel.

Good budget hotel
This was a good budget hotel in central Delhi. The breakfast buffet was good and included several options. The staff was attentive to any needs you may have. As a single woman traveling alone I felt safe staying here.

The location was good in middle of town nearby the metro station, 10 mins walking distance. However the hotel building is quite old and run down. Staff are helpful though. The worst thing is the wifi service.

Worst hotel experience during vacation in India
We arrived at midnight after a long and tiredsome train journey and were counting on hotel comfort to relax and take shower. However, we couldn't shower until 2 am because there was no hot water. While waiting, we ordered room service but couldn't receive it for 20 mins as the door lock was broken and we were locked inside. Beds were super small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible: no diversity of dishes, coffee was instant powder and facilities were old and dilapidated just like hotel in general. It is not 4 star hotel. Max 2 stars. This hotel is not worth the price.
