This property must be rated in negative and shouldn’t be called 4 or 5 star or whatever the stars it’s currently holding Dirty rooms and bed sheets I told Expedia and also the hotel staff about dirty room, dirty bed sheets and even dirty chair but no action was taken Complete waste of the money

Someone rang the doorbell to our room 5 times at 1:30 am . Me and my wife were surprised as to why someone would do this. There was some noise outside and seem s to be commotion. We didn't open the door. 5 minutes later another series of rings happened. I decided to open the door. Two men started to enter into the room, saying this is a shared room and showed me their room card, with the same room number written on the envelope as mine. I told him that I din't buy shared room. It's a room for me and my wife. They almost entered the room, but left. I called reception promptly telling whether I should call police. 10 minutes later, the manager called that this was due to a confusion. Well.. this is unacceptable, a hotel cannot allocate one room to two different guests. We got concerned about our safety and checked out earlier than planned. We don't plan to come back to this hotel in future.

I had to call the police to be granted a room that was paid for. I filed a report against the hotel as they were saying I didn’t had right documents when I had the passport, stamp of entry and visa. I will send you the report in writing. Expedia should not sell this hotel. No foreigner should have to go through this.

This place shouldn’t be promoted as a 5 star facility as I was welcomed by cockroaches and after a 20 min wait and arguments they offered to change the room and that rooms toilet flush was running nonstop and once again changed to the third room which was not tidy and most likely it wasn’t cleaned after the last gust left. Requested to see the manager who was hiding behind his room attendant staff and calls me 1:30am in the morning to say sorry and wasn’t interested in helping in anyway. Worst experience ever and I really hope someone from your team can take this matter with the senior management and get my money back as this is not what you expect after paying over $300 for a night. Anand
