Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Hotel close for renovation
I have reach infront of the hotel with my family. Hotel was close for renovation. I have paid for 2 room & 3 night already. On that day i have no where to go. Hotel.com need to refund me back my money.
