It took 20 min to get seated after lot of folloups for dinner buffet and terrible slow for another 20 min to get bread . Was really disappointed with service. Also we had requested for quiet room as booking was done 6 months before, still got room at lower level with noise as construction was going on. Inspite of tequest, they did npt accommodate us. Not happy with Taj that brand stands for quality and service. Not happy at all. No action taken by even manager except usual sorry .

Taj was a whole experience like no other place and was top notch from the time we arrived until checking out but didn’t get to stay through the whole stay to get the full benefits of our booking as we had to checkout early. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and authentic Indian food served at the restaurant that we ate at during our stay.

Instead here back in 2023 and loved it This time it’s was the not the same There was a construction work going on and the property condition was not up to its name brand. Pool condition was also not up to the par and standard of Taj group Was little disappointed
