The hotel itself is new and clean. The staff was uniformly helpful. Beware however, the parking. First, it is expensive by Florida standards. Second, the parking company will try to charge you for multiple nights even if you park only once. It is a project to get this corrected, and the Hotel staff can’t help because they don’t control the parking. The parking staff was very Pleasant and competent - the Problems are entirely a management issue.

We loved our stay here! Our suite was so spacious, it didn't even feel like a hotel room. The hotel is new and very clean and love how convenient it is to Atlantic Ave. Breakfast was very good. I recommend getting there before 8 am because people are pigs and it gets very messy and congested.

Rooms were bright and clean with open space. The rest of the hotel was equally nice. Breakfast was good also. A big drawback is the need to valet park. The parking attendants were great. But when you add $40-$45 in parking costs, the cost of the stay increases significantly. There must be some way to accommodate self parking.

The hotel is newer and in great condition. Our room was clean except for some hairs in the shower and on the towels. The staff was very friendly. But my reason for 3 stars in you have to use Valet to park your vehicle for $30/night!!! We already paid over $200 for a basic room looking onto the entrance of the hotel (which means it wasn't anything to look at). I wish we had paid a little more and just stayed at the Delray Sands or even the Marriott down the block looked just as new and nice but had a roof top lounge at least. I wouldn't stay here again.
